You can ensure New Zealand's national choirs sing forever!

The Choirs Aotearoa New Zealand Foundation Trust is a registered charity (CC54014) created to build a capital endowment fund to future-proof New Zealand’s national choirs. Funds you give are securely preserved in a managed investment portfolio, with amounts handed to the choirs coming from interest earned only, conserving your gift into the future.

Your gift to the Foundation will help New Zealand’s national choirs to:

  • allow singers from all walks of life to connect with each other
  • enable our national choristers to extend their singing talent to the fullest
  • develop social beings who model excellence through choral singing
  • assure the performance of the highest quality choral music for generations to come.

The Foundation will fund the choirs for things that are not usually covered by regular sponsorships, grants and donations. Initially this will include such things as:

  • scholarships for singers who cannot afford to participate
  • high quality recordings
  • larger-scale choral compositions
  • targeted development of conducting and singing talent.

As the capital fund grows, the Foundation might also contribute to tours and general operations, to help alleviate fundraising pressure on the choirs.

You can give any amount to the Foundation by:
